Everett Transit System
This photo I took of an American Goldfinch, caught the eye of the program director of Everett Transit in Everett, Washington. In the summer of 2013, they added three new hybrid bus designs to their fleet; which also featured their state insect and flower. I'm proud to have my image on a new bus both inside and out, as well as in their annual transit brochures.
Field Museum of Natural History, Chicago
Amy Schleser, Assistant Exhibition Developer with Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History informed me that the image here will be displayed in their "Hall of Birds" exhibit. The decision to include my work had was also made by their exhibitions team, along with ornithologists Shannon Hackett and John Bates.
This is the reason photography is my passion. Two million people enter The Field Museum of Natural History annually. I'm thrilled to have a piece a few of them will likely enjoy.
BirdWatching magazine, formerly Birder's World, used my Orioles 'n Oranges photo in an article explaining what to feed birds during the summer.
Birding.About.com first used one of my photos to define and help identify birds by characteristics of the "chin". The second photo (shown to the right) helped to explain what to feed birds during the summer.
